Homeowner's Association

The primary focus of the HOA is to ensure the proper upkeep of the landscape within the community. This includes maintaining the lawns, trees, flowers, and other green spaces. The HOA ensures that the 

landscape is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for all residents.

Union Park Cottages will be a resident managed HOA, with emphasis on sustainability, community, collaboration and preservation. The community will feature specific amenities for sitting areas/fire pit, walking trail, and mixed use retail center. The HOA will be provided equitable ownership in connection with the developer into the retail space. The retail space will be available to residents by reservation. 

Additionally, the HOA is responsible for the maintenance of common areas within the condominium complex. This includes amenities such as  walkways, sanitation and community centers. The HOA ensures that these facilities are clean, safe, and in good working condition for the enjoyment of all residents.
